Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Everlasting Abstract Art. Every piece is created with care and attention, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Below you'll find details about shipping, processing times, and returns.
1. Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and timelines will be communicated clearly at checkout or via email.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or other reputable carriers.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
We do ship internationally! However, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made or printed-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@everlastingabstractart.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
We’ll do our best to make it right.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can file a claim with the shipping provider and send a replacement if eligible.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started processing your item. Please reach out quickly if you need to make a change.
